Donations?
As you may have notice there have been some changes at www.blindmancan.comrecently. A Facebook mirror of the blog has been setup with a direct link to Twitter and to Linked-In. Readership is up over 400%. Thanks for your interest!!!! No one has asked yet but I thought I’d better be proactive and address this “donate” button thing.
You may ask what would a blind man possibly want with money? Some would ask what the face “WTF”?
After two years of writing I’m ramping up for a book yikes and possibly more scary are several documentaries. I will make the documentaries available for free on the internet and the book we’ll I’ll see what I can do. I’m finding that writing tools and publishing a blog does indeed have a cost associated with it. Which I am happy to covery.
Documentaries and video on the other hand is a bit more expensive. I’ve written the base script but getting the team and expertise to produce a video is well a bit of a deal.
When I get a bit further down the road I will publish the formal asks for funding that I’ll be working with. Its exciting.
So there you have it. That’s the plan.
