Blog Posts’s
You may ask. Well you haven’t but just in case you ask. How long does it take to write a blog post? There is no single answer to this question.
Learning to write becoming a writer, yes I know, my writing still sucks. You have to admit its getting better though. Becoming a writer carrying around a note pad and pen at all times has been a journey. Idea’s and leads for blog posts come from anywhere. I’ve given up trying to remember it all. Now I write it down. I hope the content becomes richer because of it.
Topics or specific blog posts are very difficult. There are some posts I’ve mentioned at the beginning of the blog that I’ve still not published. Its amazing life and knowledge and what you have to walk through to get it, wisdom, knowledge, insight. We’ll I pray and hope for those things. Sometimes I just end up with muck. Working through a topic can take either the time it takes to type out an article. This one is just flowing so it will be a matter of minutes. Others have taken and are taking years. The average I’d say is probably three to four weeks to noodle through a notion an idea and get it to a point of expression.
So to cover my bum if my employer is reading this no I’m not spending all of your time writing my blog. Sometimes I am inspired at work about an idea or a phrase but otherwise the hard core work happens on my time.
Today for instance I’ve published 4 postings. Two I wrote today in about a half an hour. The other two have been drafts for several weeks.
It depends.
Yes I do call myself a writer now. Still very amazing to me. But a writer who is still on a journey to learn how to write.
Its up to you really if the content of my writing is a rose or muck.
