Reverse Prejudice

Well that’s not really true but occasionally I am very derogatory to sighted people in general. I have been known to say things like “sighted people all look alike” or “don’t trust a sighted person for directions”. But this is all in jest. Its like the good humored blind jokes I encounter. When its about fun and learning I have no trouble with almost anything being said about my blindness. When its about hurting or putting me in my place because I’m not being the good little blind boy. Thats when I have trouble. So for me its not the sighted people.. Its not even the ignorant people who just need a little education. Its the stupid people who do things on purpose to hurt others.
